Cancellation Policy

Alba Hotel understands that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to reservation cancellations, no-shows, and refunds to ensure transparency for all guests.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within this free cancellation period will not incur any penalty.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, a late cancellation penalty equivalent to one night’s accommodation will be charged. In the event of a no-show, where the guest does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation, the full booking amount will be charged.

Reservations made under prepaid or non-refundable rates are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time or reason. Approved refunds, when applicable, are processed using the original payment method. The refund processing time depends on the guest’s bank or payment provider and usually takes 10 to 21 business days. By confirming a reservation at Alba Hotel, guests acknowledge and accept this Cancellation Policy.
